This is cool in the abstract, on our timeline though?...

“My other thought is how difficult it is to obtain stem cells from volunteers. There would need to be a lot of volunteers to treat everyone with frailty.”

Gonna be a LOT of "volunteers" for rich people I suspect.

Well heavy metal pollution in rice is a growing problem, and with environmental regulations going away…

Well the good news is the rich will have to keep the blood of some of us uncontaminated so they can concentrate it in their bodies!

Would you like to hear the bad news now?

Is this why they are crying about declining fertility rates, even as AI is poised to cause widespread unemployment?

If you're young and healthy, don't worry, there is still a job that AI can't take away! So sign up today for your new carreer as human bloodbag.

Long before AI existed I knew my destiny was to be a human bloodbag.

Thanks homie!

After reading this, I really don't buy it. I think this is ai slop because under the most minimal of intellectual scrutiny, it falls completely apart. You can't take someone's else's DNA, mix it with yours and expect shit to be hunky dorey. Even in bone marrow transplant, they first kill ALL your marrow cells, and let the donor's repopulate. And you have to be under constant medical supervision for some time after and then have to take immuno suppressants for-ev-er.

So I'm not buying this. Unfortunately, I'm sure some rich fuck is gonna try it anyways. I remember reading about some billionaire who literally uses his kid like a meatbag from mad Max.

QAnon was obviously dumb af, but isn't this what they were on about?

[–] supersquirrel@sopuli.xyz 8 points 6 days ago

You mean what they were projecting about? Yeah

can we revert cells from the same person to more useful stem cells and grow that biomass and then injury them with their own stem cells?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Induced_pluripotent_stem_cell?wprov=sfti1

Or would that have the same validity as stem cells from a younger person?

Why wouldn’t we just do that with some kind of prime candidate? Or selection of best pluripotent strains?

Is this why George H is implicated in Epstein dumps for murdering an infant and consuming the entrails?
