"Australia is making a terrible humanitarian mistake by allowing the Iran National Woman's Soccer team to be forced back to Iran, where they will most likely be killed BY ME!" Trump had said.

He forgot to say the quiet bit for once so I added it.

Oh Gawd it took me a second...

That orange fuck telling another country to keep foreigners ( I'm one so nothing against that by the way ) while at the same time rounding up similar types in his own country and even American citizens. Also killing his own citizens, what a massive clown.

I thought Trump would be more interested in targeting girls schools. Seems more like that type.

I dislike Israel, and our aparent fealty to them, as much as anyone but... I dont think thats likely to happen here.

They've already been granted humanitarian visas so they have a pathway to citizenship and very little scope for israel or anyone else to intervene.

*until Israel intervenes

I'm glad they're being allowed to stay.

With things as bleak as they are ots so nice to see someone happy for once.

Such a bullshit political stunt. When are we granting the US team asylum so they don’t have to return to an unsafe country where they may be incarcerated without representation or simply executed in the street by state militia?

Yeh they should stay here so we can throw them in jail if they dare say anything that anyone could say they take offence too. Such a free country we have.
