There's bloat and adware in the kernel?
Even any sign of this coming?
Are these future historians in error?
Must be down one of those wrong paths.

The year is 5495. HURD will probably be complete by then.
Tried HURD any time in the past decade or so? What was lacking for you? It was fine for me in 2014 when I last tried it.
I didn't actually try it, that's just the joke that's floating around. "GNU HURD, like GTA6, will never be finished."
For all I know, it's still in beta stage, even if it is usable.
as a photonic transistor lifeform specimen from 50.000 years from now(got sent here due to a bug in the wormhole controllers), whose kind is abused by yours for computing and power needs, i'm displeased to say that my friend who has been turned into a HURD testbench still lies in paralysis as it still is being worked on
You don't get ad IN Arch. You get ads OF Arch, unsolicited, in your inbox.
I use Arch, btw.
I use nixos btw. We are not the same
I use Guix with Hurd. We are not the same.

I have a fix for your problem. Install Gentoo.
Already did sudo brl fetch gentoo.
Ah, the utopia where arch is considered bloated
Arch uses systemd.
And glibc!
