Basically a list of all the series I enjoyed enough to finish and would watch again.Added. I'm assuming Twin Peaks is the original one?
I'd consider the new stuff as an additional season, but if they're considered separate, original and leave the rest of the list as is for simplicity.

Fiction or non fiction? With sports being in the the non fiction cat.
I do recall some people submitted variety shows and panel shows as part of their top 10 and stuff the last time. I didn't quibble.

This is really hard, but I'll give it a go. Here's my list, but in no specific order, it's just too hard to compare different genres against each other.
X-files, Arcane, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Blue Eye Samurai, The Boys, Castelvania, Futurama, Mr Robot, Pantheon, Severance.
Honarable mentions go to Bodies and Rick and Morty.
I have it set up so its a top ten I put entries in.
