This right after they said they are going to stop porting their games to PC. Guess I'll just have to live without PlayStation games. I have hundreds of games in my backlog anyway, I think I'll survive.

You're not missing anything tho. The only good games that PlayStation are involved with that are good are on PC, and that list is small. I'd say the only Astro Bot and Gran Turismo 7 are games you miss out on. And of the announced games I'd say 2 seem like games you'd be sad about not being able to play them. I'd say let them keep their exclusives. The PlayStation games formula doesn't really fit on PC anyway.

That's kinda what I think too. I already have both God of War games and both The Last of Us games. That's really all I wanted at the end of the day.

This is the first time my console I purchased around launch has appreciated in value. Several times.

Everyone downvoted me when I said Sony would keep increasing prices when they had no real competition. Nintendo dropped out, and Microsoft seems to be having no interest in competing, so now we are seeing exactly what I said would happen, happen.

You must be getting a pre built, right? Building a new PC right now is an absolute death sentence. The NVME I paid $200 for in October 2024 is currently $650. Not to mention the 32GB DDR5 I got at the same time. I'm half tempted to sell 16GB of it to fund most of a new GPU.
