I hope she'll go straight into therapy with her parents ideally being questioned about this. Not saying they are necessarily at fault, but there's no way a 13-year-old does something like this without outside influence.

But, yeah going to go out on a limb here and guess this young girl may have learned some pretty deplorable shit from the people who are supposed to be raising her.

Nah. The article states it was stolen, and also a Hyundai; I vaguely remember there being some TikTok "trend" of people (mostly teens) stealing specifically Kias and Hyundais, I think due to them lacking immobilisers or something, that probably had something to do with it.
