Im looking for a book or an essay, I forget the title and author tho. It is about a failing economy and the only recourse is to eat the childeren. I want to say its Swift but can't remember can u help (lemmy.world)

Definitely worth it and definitely a classic in satire. An ooold classic meme, maybe? I get the sense that, for the art that it is, sparknotes wouldn't do it justice to compared to experiencing the tone and absurdity for yourself.

Like the other guy said, it's not a long read at all for an essay
