Warhorse Studios confirm they are making an open-world Middle-earth RPG, setting their sandbox style in the Lord of the Rings universe.

FIX THE COMBAT IN KINGDOM COME.... make it fun, not a chore.

the games great, but the minute combat starts I want to alt-f4 and just leave. it's not fun.

heck.. even just a setting you can enable called like 'baby fighting mode for losers who don't appreciate the work we've done to make combat a chore mode' or something like that since it doesn't quite roll off the tongue

Combat in kcd2 is very easy because of masterstrike, ofc you don't get it from the start but it can be obtained even before the wedding. I'm not sure that in kcd1 there is such overpowered ability but I just trained with Bernard until I got power 14 and then found overpowered sword lol
