I see your long boi, and I raise you my long girl

Adorable!!
So is your long boi!
What breed is yours? And also have you found that she gets more dark spots (freckles I guess) when she is in the sun a lot? Mine is young and Iβve been trying to keep sunscreen on him but Iβm scared he will get burned or something with his light skin!
Mine is half Italian Greyhound and half Jack Russell terrier.
What our vet told us is that dogs with white fur tend to sun burn easier and are more susceptible to skin cancer. Our late Crackle was white and needed to have small growths burnt off her belly.
I would recommend getting him checked out regularly like you probably already do. And limit his time in the sun - or keep up with the sunscreen!
Excellent advice, thank you so much!!
Thatβs a great mix, have fun ππ
Thank you! Is yours an Italian Greyhound?
Iβm curious, has he had any issues with his back knees?
Hazel needed to get pretty extensive knee surgery on both back legs (TPLO) because of how her knees were shaped and chronic ACL damage when she was only 3 years old.
Oh goodness!! Hopefully she is all recovered now, I know it can be a bit stressful when they are dealing with that and not allowed to run like crazy for a bit!!
Yes he (Pickle) is an iggy but he is only 7 months old (despite being massive in comparison to the other one who is just over a year).
The smaller one (Devon) is just a tiny one in general, we went to an iggy meet-up the other week and I was shocked to see him compared to pretty much all the others π π
Ooo big stretch!
Long dog is long.
Looks like a professional do-nothinger!
Absolutely!! 25mph couch potato this one π€£π€£
