The search function is a bit poor but even with a full spelling I cant find ironfox and other apps onfdroid. I have tried through droidify and obtainium also. Amy tips?

The issue is not with the client but rather the repository.

Here is a list of additional repos, to add based on your choices & needs.

Apparently it is on an external repository which needs to be added to F-Droid. From a quick search, you copy the link from step 2 from here, then on the F-Droid app (org.fdroid.fdroid), you go to Settings > Repositories > + button in the top right, and it automatically gets pasted in the dialogue that opens, which then you just confirm ("add").

Ah man thanks very much, I had added more repos but this wasnt on the list of options.
