I'd imagine so. It worked well for the energy backbone of the country, the water supply and sewage system, and the education system, to name but a few.

We need to privatize the people privatizing the privatization of the most essential of utilizes! (Also /s, i hate privatization)
If not, maybe we need to increase efficiency! But cutting the budget!!
