No they didn't. No one in their right mind thinks introducing baby blue can shift market shares to their advantage.
If they did, we'd have baby blue GTOs, F40s, F50s, and Enzos. Never seen any.

What I don't understand is how the production is sold through to 2027. Assuming it's not a fake claim,
I just don't understand...

This is the reason why Jay Leno does not buy Ferraris. In order to buy the Ferrari you want, you first have to buy the Ferrari no one wants to get on a waiting list. Then, you own the Ferrari you want...but don't dare drive it or it will devalue by hundreds of thousands. But it's easy to "sell out" when you only plan on making 25 cars for EU compliance laws on fleet emissions.
I used to work in this space. People buy these "dream cars" and then drive on average <1000km a year and own the cars rarely after two years. I met so many depressing losers with money I had to quit.
It is all bullshit my friend. We are in the "agentic reality" timeline.
I mean, the car is half a million dollars. That's not exactly competitive against cheap Chinese EVs.
Half a million EURO. $640,000.
You can definitely get a high end Chinese EV for over $500k.
Yangwang U9 Xtreme runs a cool $2.7M with 3,000 horsepower and a 300 mph top speed.
But she's also really pretty to look at

Ferrari's new release can't deliver on that

McRalen.

There, fixed it for you.
Based on what, exactly? Chinese EVs are awesome right now.
Most Ferrari buyers already have a Ferrari. This isn't targeted for those but the ones who don't yet have one.
And they never will.
La Ferrari Donald.
