Some points, such as EU disintegration, fully aligns imo with the goals of the Chinese government and its proxies, the European far-right and far-left (although the latter appears to be less of a threat, at least at the moment).

As a member of the far-left, I think we're more into disintegration of the US as a priority. The EU people are far more likely to peacefully transition into the democratic communist system, since it is not as heavily propagandised against as in the US, or Russia.

China I'm not sure about, but since their industrial base is moving towards climate sustainability, we should let them keep doing that until we similarly change the US economic system. EU is also a great centre for climate sustainability research and tech, but the politics are not there yet.

Edit: Oh, and Russia is a fucking Mafia state and is in no way aligned with leftist goals. Remember that the essence of the left is to advance the interests of the working class, and Russia is feeding its workers into a fire in a war Putin chose.

According to the Chinese Communist Party's recently released 15th five-year plan, China’s annual green energy additions will fall by more than half compared to the 14th FYP. At the same time, fossil fuel energy consumption will increase by 8-10%, reversing the slow-down in fossil fuel energy consumption during the 14th FYP period.

The rest of your remarks makes even less sense imo, except maybe part on Russia. Here I could agree.
