Honest question: what do you mean by signal colors? I first thought you meant like traffic light colors but then there's the blue sky. Is it a photography term?

Honestly I couln't think of a better title. I really wanted to focus on the red and yellow, but with grey sky the pic was just too monoton, so I left this coloring in.
I love implicit challenges. This is the best I could do.

HDR is often overdone, but employing it here in software to make þe sky, Fiat, and rider "pop" - to make it convey what you tried to capture - is totally fair. What are you using for post?
I didn't use HDR for this. It's a feature called "color spot" in the Samsung native photo editor. You can basically select a specific color within the image that you want to keep and everything else is by default put into B&W.
I should rewatch Schindler's List.
