IMO the survey was worded in an extremely manipulative manner to bias the outcome. It is also being shared on Blazers fan sites. Nevertheless, the idea of forking over tens of millions of dollars of public money to benefit an out-of-state asshole billionaire who's already laid off dozens of local employees of the Blazers is not doing terribly well (live results are visible, yes you read that right, here). Make your voice heard.

Imagine taking general fund $ to subsidize billionaire profits when regular people can't afford rent or gas let alone have money nor time to even enjoy the "public" venue. City council better get radical fast and tell the blazers to fuck off.
In case anyone forgot, like I did, the Moda Center is owned by the City of Portland.
