- Attributions include, but are not limited to, watermarks, links, or other text or imagery that artists add to their comics to use for identification purposes. If you find a comic without any such markings, it would be a good idea to see if you can find an original version. If one cannot be found, say so and ask the community for help!

That was quite a journey
I don't undertand why you bother hiding the transcript with a spoiler tag when you've already spoiled the joke with the post title. I notice you've done this before; I just don't understand why.
I think it's just so it doesn't take up a bunch of space. I will never check the transcript because I have no need for it, but I appreciate it being available for anyone who does need it
So, what you are telling me is that you think the poster is being conscientious about space while thoughtlessly spoiling the joke. Okay
Honestly I don't think it really spoils the joke, there's only one line of text for the comic that gives the necessary context. Sure, you could try and infer a punchline from the title and picture alone, but it's far easier to just read it. It's really not even particularly funny, just satirical and topical.
It spoils the joke. Do you think that it is a coincidence that 'bathroom' is the last word that the artist uses in the caption? The joke works (as much as it does) by subverting expectations. The artist sets up our expectations with the image, and puts the key word to the whole subversion as late as possible in the caption (in this case the last word). The comic is 'spoiled' when this key word appears in the title, before the reader has even seen the image or caption. Simple exposure to the idea of a bathroom being important to the context of the situation of the comic is enough to lessen the impact of the subversion of expectation, or even make the intended subversion seem trite or obvious.

Typically I use whatever the artist puts the title as, so if they spoil it with a so-so title, I can’t help that.
This one did not include a title or a caption, so I just went with what I thought would fit.
Honestly I hate coming up with titles.
As for the transcript I out a spoiler tag on it so it doesn’t take up space and not everyone will read it.
I can imagine that creating titles can become onerous. I just suggest avoiding using any words that appear in the caption or relate to the punchline. Among other things, jokes are very much about timing. When information is delivered is sometimes as important as the information itself. Putting key information into a title that is likely seen before any of the other content alters the timing of the delivery of the elements of the joke. There's a reason punchlines come at the end
Spoilers in markdown sometimes aren't really used for spoilers, but for hiding something unnecessary. One example is posting error logs in an issue tracker. The information is useless to most of the viewers, so hiding it makes it easier to scroll through the issue.
The title probably came from the comic artist themselves. The comic has 1 single panel. I don't think the spoiler really matters. It's for a chuckle.
Probably so people don't have to scroll down further to have to read through it twice (once in the image and then again in the transcript), on the way to the comments section?
It's a common idea that is put to good use here - most people don't need the transcript, but it's there if anyone does. Knowledge on demand, making it opt-in rather than forced.
If the goal were truly to avoid spoilers, then the entire post would need to be marked as such - probably by demarking it as NSFW, since many old Lemmy clients are reportedly very far behind in implementing features and that's the only one that always works (to the annoyance of many who then cannot distinguish between their NSFW content and mere spoilers, prior to clicking).
So that's an answer to your question, though if all you wanted was to express your displeasure at OP's choices, I will add that you can just say that, or block them?
Last time I needed to ask, I was walked to the bathroom and they put the code in for me. It felt a little weird to think they couldn't trust me with the bathroom code.
They can't trust me with them, sometimes I post them on the internet.
