Oil is a drug to which countries’ economies are addicted. A drug whose withdrawal symptoms is deadly.
In my case, I burn 10 l a week to multiply my salary x2 and multiply my holidays x3
They've always had that ability.
What happened is SOMEONE made them mad.
Sort of, if they did this unprovoked that would've really hurt their geopolitical standing and would've caused further isolation. But now that burger reich attacked them, everybody sees that it was a reasonable response. And now that it's been done, Iran can leverage it going forward by setting up some environmental protection fee or whatever, definitely not a toll though.
If they had done it without provocation, the entire world would have come together to kick their butts. Nobody wants to be associated with Donnie Poopypants' war of aggression, though, so now the Iranians can do it without repercussions.
and i hope it ends up becoming the kick in the pants that the world needs to switch to green tech.
They should do it once a year on trumps birthday
