It's nice of them to make this announcement before the elections (I doubt any of them are still in primary season themselves). These yahoos are why the Democratic Party keeps looking weak and disingenuous. They're enough to scuttle any progress.
Usually these "conservatives cosplaying as liberals" camouflage themselves just enough to get elected. When they out themselves like this we should thank them and get rid of them. If the alternative this time around is worse, then we should keep our powder dry until they're up for primaries and unload the whole keg on them.
Might as well retire now.
