There needs to be much more regulation on agents too. They really are a parasite on society. Ive always been well versed in the laws so when agents outright lied to me I could challenge them but most people don't know so their lies and bending of the rules go unchecked.

Disappointing comments will generally be left to fester in ratio, outright horrible comments will be removed.
Message the mods if you feel something really should be removed, or if a user seems to have a pattern of awful comments.
