I use Kodi btw.

Years ago I didn't understand the point of Kodi, but over time I think it's been become much more apparent/vindicated compared to the alternatives.

I hated the moment Netflix started doing that, especially for titles it used to have. “Oh, we know what you’re looking for, but sucks to be you. Here’s what you can watch”

I know this is a meme, but the only service I've found that doesn't follow this exact pattern is MUBI. Too bad piracy is way more convenient than that, anyway.

And if it's Apple TV, F1 the Movie is probably still being promoted in #1 spot, because fuck your individual interests

So truth. We've had so much times situations at home, when we wanted to watch a particular movie, yet it was not available on any streaming service, and you had to be subscribed even to check if it is present on the platform. Piracy just ended up the only available option that times...

I use JustWatch to hunt down movies and series, but often the one I'd like to watch exists nowhere.

Only issue with that page is that no matter what you're looking for, it advertises Prime as "has similar!" in a sneaky way that gets through adBlock. Luckily it's easy enough to make a filter.

Low key relationship drama. Slow stories. Wacky but boring fiction.

All with uninspiring names and template style covers.

And to top it off they are made to be a drama, a comedy, a live story, with gritty darkness and an uplifting outlook in one. I’m calling it the identity crisis period.
