This feels like Kamala all over again. Is it actually possible for a statewide caucus at this late hour?

The establishment can definitely find 500 hand-picked people to decide who the voters should have chosen. And that person is definitely going to lose if Platner and his team don't enthusiastically support them.
The establishment is just too fucking greedy. They could have just done some back channel communication with Platner and then moved forward together like they were a team, but instead they've been sniping him in the press like being a shitty man means the primary doesn't count. Could have even done a new primary with him just endorsing someone and give the choice the legitimacy of a vote.
But instead they want to be the ones to decide. Even reserving 100 seats just for themselves in addition to presumably tilting the selection process in their favor. They'd rather lose than give up control.
Update: Platner has withdrawn so it's going to a gathering of insiders. Might as well lock Collins in right now.
