I doubt they were the first to built such a system. The idea is pretty obvious after all.
They just are the first to give reporters a guided tour of the system and test accounts to play with.
That's why you:

-Don't interact (Don't give them engegement)
-Block (Protect yourself)
-Move on without thinking about it (Be happy)

It worked relatively well on Bluesky during the last coordinated, bot supported right wing extremist influence attack. I don't think you can reclaim platforms that have already been taken over (twitter, meta shit etc.). There, just delete your account.
Stupid fascists can't even write their own rage bait.
Luckily it's hosted on their own fascist website, so blocking it should be quite straightforward.
