And once you need it, all you have to do is heat it up!
What an idiot. Boiling water is shelf-stable; you can just keep it in your pantry, then add it to soup or whatever!
Oh, you're from one of those houses. Bet you store it next to the ketchup.

Though a fun fact, boiled water freezes faster than cold water
This is called the Mpemba effect and tl;dr is only kinda sorta true, some of the time, for certain things, maybe.
I'll give you a pot full of hot water and a cold one, and I will press the stopwatch, and you freeze them both LOL
Sounds like a challenge!
It defintely does if I only put the boiling water into the freezer
Thanks for the tip.
Is there anything else that I can boil and freeze to use later?
Such as car tyres. I want to buy 20 sets of car tyres but I worry that they will explode, or get eaten?
Engine oil and antifreeze, it's best preboil it and freeze it into cube, when you need it you just take out cube by cube, no hassle of thawing a huge chunk to only take a little.
Cover them in Vaseline and you should be just fine. I can vouch for it.
EDIT: Since you didn’t ask, the Vaseline (petroleum jelly) creates a lipid seal across the Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) surface of the tyre that resists blowouts. Meanwhile the Hyaluronic Acid in the Vaseline creates an undesirable taste for any would be tyre eaters. They will think twice next time!
