Unfortunately, I can't see the picture in question, but duplicate posts in the feed is ultimately something on lemmy's end. However, in the upcoming release, there has been some changes to help reduce the amount of duplicates you see!

Doesn't really bother me, when it happens I just close and come back later to new stuff to look at
