Starting July 16, anyone under 18 will have to be home before 12:01 a.m. every day. The hours shift for weekdays in September.

applies also to non-residents

I misread the comment at first, but to be clear it's saying it applies to everyone.

The curfew applies to anyone who is under 18 years old. That includes visitors to the city, not just residents.

This effectively applies to everyone - how are you going to prove you're a resident at 1am? If you are a minority, or on a visa, it seems likely they might just take your paperwork and disappear you regardless
