Google deleting reviews of ICE concentration camps is just about the clearest example of a techno-fascist dystopia I can imagine, right up there with live streams of school shootings plastered with sad emojis.

“1/5 stars, disappeared with no trial, guards beat me, bad food, no AC. Then they deported me to a country I’ve never been to. :(“

Google is an "advertiser friendly" hellscape and society should not use it to be informed. It's completely unreliable. This is just one of many instances where Google simply went the path of least resistance against any morals. It's not their job to inform you or be a platform for truth. They just want to advertise garbage you don't need.

Google is a publicly traded company and I'm sure it doesn't need to be said here but the incentives do not allow them to be any thing but a for profit operation.

They are not your friend. They are not moral or immoral. They might do things that you agree with but that is only tangential. They don't support you or your political leanings. They don't have political leanings even though they might pretend to. If they do support your cause it's only to garner goodwill in the hopes of increasing earnings. They would change 'their' mind tomorrow if that made the stock go up a single cent.

Maybe stop fucking using Google for important things then?

Somehow my brain mirrored the text on the back of the person in the thumbnail to “Police-ish”, as in like police but not quite.
