I've accidentally scrolled that area. I think it's scrollable by two fingers? I'm not sure.

its not supposed to be scrollable.I think there is bug open for it. We haven't been able to fix it yet.

Is this also fixing the issue with not being able to swipe by a little and a lot to left and right for up-/downvoting as well as commenting and favorizing?
