I understand the pushback due to concerns of farmlands turning to datacenters. However, this nationwide pushback never seemed to apply to SM when expanding their malls by having to cut trees or even those turning farmlands to subdivisions. The pushbacks were mostly local. Now that it is being turned for something productive, the pushback is nationwide. Sad.
