Focus stacking is nothing you can do accidentally ;) In this case you would have taken two photos, one with the focus on the bridge and the other one with the focus on the rope. Then you combine them afterwards in the photo editor of your choice.

Then obviously no. Single shot wides lens. Pretty sure the bollard is the point of focus.

Sorry I mistook the pipe wrapped in rope as a bollard.

A bollard is a fixture that is used to tie up boats and ships. They can be both on ships and the jetty.
