I noticed this today on a post about the federation issues in !main@feddit.de
The post has a lot of comments and upvotes when it's opened directly on feddit.de
When opened from tchncs, it has no comments and only a couple upvotes.
This indicates to me that the 0.19.1 bugfix did not catch all cases and there are still issues with federating of comments and votes.
Yep, I've had all kinds of issues posting comments from my feddit.de account.
As far as I know, they struggle with available hardware resources right now โ althrough I am not sure if thats still the case... .
Edit: if I am watching the (known federation) problem correctly, it could also be "bad" not to regularely restart the instance โ if thats true... well... maybe I should restart the thing too so others read us ๐
Hm โฆ okay that would explane why only Feddit.de does have the problem. I guess they have to do something on their end. Quit annoying because of how important they are for German content.
