What does it mean that they “must transfer to lose”? Is she saying if they transfer they lose their status and that that transfer is being forced, or that they must transfer or lose it?
Can someone explain how this wouldn’t violate the first amendment? I don’t understand the reasoning behind it.

I need more details. Was he posed that his truck broke down? Was it the voting? Was the paraphernalia supposed to be incriminating for the voters or was it just that he got so mad he smashed his pipe or whatever?
This is pretty cool! The research team was looking for (and found) several cannabinoids that are toxic to neuroblastoma, and isolated this new one (which happens to not be toxic to that cancer).
