Seeing as how Garvey is the only Republican, and how blue California is, it is more likely that the poll shows Garvey in top because there is still a primary and the polls are split on the Democrat side.

Even if there was another candidate, I 100% guarantee you that they would still support Israel. It's not a candidate issue, it's an American policy issue, one that can only really change by getting new blood in politics. Newborn tested positive for marijuana. Looks like the agency originally believed there to be an abuse issue. Makes sense. Alcohol is legal, but if a child is being exposed to alcoholic abuse, best to take them away from the environment.
