To be fair, choosing Lemmy over Reddit is absolutely a political choice, hence people here are going to be more politically-minded.

Just finished Signalis, got the "Promise" ending. Feel pretty empty after that, it's such a good game and is further proof that games don't have to have incredible graphical fidelity or huge teams to be fantastic and look great.
"Yes, the economy is booming for your employer, and the country will continue to bend over backwards to ensure this continues. Yes, you're going to fall behind ever more as extraction of wealth from Workers continues to stretch you thinner and thinner."
It's a damning nail in the coffin for people arguing to work within a system to change it through the "necessary channels." Rosa Luxembourg was correct, revolution is the only real path for change, whether that be by threat of revolution a la the Civil Rights movement, or by building up parallel structures from without, or, hopefully never coming to it, violent means.
Co-ops are cool, but markets in general have far too many disadvantages for me to advocate for market-based Socialism over a non-market solution.
Unions are making waves, while third party has done Jack shit.
Considering Elder Scrolls has been riding purely off of the much better lore established in games like morrowind, and Starfield has shown the level of creativity in modern Bethesda, I believe it too.
I'm extremely anticapitalist, and Unions are currently the best way for Workers to protect their own interests within current structures, and have the potential to replace current Capitalist ownership. A full replacement of Capitalist structures will be necessary eventually, but Unionization can be an arm to muscle that change through.
Thanks for sharing!
Markets are extremely bad when it comes to proper allocation of essentials. Infrastructure in general should be nationalized at minimum, and heavily invested in.
Nah. Vote Democrat to keep fascism away, while unionizing and organizing on the ground. The two party system will only maintain itself if you vote third party, it must be replaced from the bottom up.
Tell them sharing is caring. Ez pz
Technically, Lemmy itself is a "radical left" platform. That was its purpose in creation.
