I am talking to a little old man who says he was in Bolivia with the peace core in the 60s. He said the little old grandpa's of the village he was in used to sit up on their roofs or whatever and play those flutes and you'd hear it echoing around the rural farm valley late into the night. People would play songs together or have flute duels sometimes. It seems like such a melancholy little piece of life that we would never know about.
