The GOUT edition might be what you're looking for, George's Original Unaltered Trilogy

"In 2006, Lucasfilm released a limited edition DVD of the trilogy. Hidden as a "bonus" on the second disc was the original 1977 theatrical cut. This master was sourced from the 1993 "Definitive Collection" LaserDiscs."

I think Josh Sawyer is still there, he most recently headed up 2022's Pentiment, couldn't say about anyone else though

Huh how interesting, I feel like that's a fairly uncommon issue, most people seem at least fine with the FPS perspective

If you liked Brave New World and 1984, try We by Yevgeny Zamyatin. First published in 1924, it predates Brave New World by several years. Written by a Russian naval architect who had become disillusioned with the Soviet government, it's fairly grim and somewhat bizarre, but very interesting nontheless.

This way the winner gets to flaunt it throughout the year

It ran fine for me on a Ryzen 4700u mobile APU without issue, no stability issues that I noticed and reasonable performance. The hardware requirements recommend a GTX 460, so pretty much anything reasonably competent from the last decade should run it well, no?

It's an excellent game, one of the best of it's kind and a real treat to play, enjoy.
