My brain is too fried for xioshonghu's posts, but the US was a big part of their exports. I'm not surprised that they wanted to renegotiate the with the US.

I guess it's a win for china, they've gone from absurdly high tariffs on their goods to just high tariffs.

There were rumours that it was a nuke at the time, but I don't recall any strong evidence. I'm not exactly a weapons expert by any stretch of the imagination, but the US makes some really big conventional bombs, it was probably something like that.

I guess the North Korean thing didn't catch on, so the went with the next country that Americans hate. We'll get Iranians and Palestinians in a few months.

Isn't Russia fairly friendly with Iran? They don't seem that close, but it doesn't seem worth it for Russia to support the US on this, or any of Trumps schemes.
