New direct file from the IRS is a good step forward. It is very simple but not everyone is eligible yet iirc.

That's either a very heavy family or a lot of vacation gear! You would need all 4 people to be around 300lbs to start getting close.

You can still install 11 by disabling its requirements with Rufus.

10 doesn't allow bootloader unlocking so I'd have a hard time recommending that with only 2 years of OS updates. Probably would have bought one otherwise
