Somehow nobody has mentioned the drugs? And obvious signs of mental illness? Obviously high functioning, but that does not make the decisions less nuts.

Has anybody seen the Johnny Harris video on musk? It was all fun and games until the drugs came out to play.

Well caramel is as delicious, same rule applies :)

First: don't listen to me, I'm an idiot.

This looks to me like burned leaves due to moving them into UV light without some pre exposure from indoors. New leaves shouldn't have that problem, but the growth seems to be stunted. Also Afaik the plant will start building new roots after transplanting, which will appear like stunted growth. Give it two weeks, the just might bouncec back. I transplant beans just fine but you should keep them outdoors from the start if possible.

I'm so sorry this happened to you. You mentioned that the naivite of a child helped you not remembering this as so bad. I would like to suggest as kindly as possible you attend therapy for a while to process this out of sheer self love.

You didn't deserve this and you sure as hell don't deserve the invisible wounds that this presumably left. You deserve life and love and please love yourself and your chocolate skin. :)

Your feelings about this are still valid though. As a father of multiple kids: this might be the result of his own thoughts about one of his children dying that come out due to the medication and this is certainly not about you but about his grief. I would never give up any of my children for anybody else, not even if I ever lost a child (I think). They are prefect the way they are. And so are you. Never doubt a good dad loving his children. :)

Why would you buy a new car if you are dead broke?

[–] Nomad@infosec.pub 2 points 1 week ago (1 children)

Yes and there is a heatmap plugin that allows creating heatmaps from daily notes with tags.

Look into obsidian, especially with some community plugins

Nobody considers the risk of them going up in flames at night. They have a temp trip safety, but there is still some risk left. Especially for cheap Chinese power blocks.

This is the way.

Let's congratulate you for being the only poster that did not want to go on a killing spree. If you want to change the world, you can do that by killing people. If you want to improve the world and start that with killing people you will never succeed. Thanks for that.

Leftist fascism killing people is not better than right wing fascism killing people. In the end everybody is dead and nothing is better. People after the second world war understood that. We have forgotten that and start looking for blood again, just to learn that expensive and painful lesson again.

We just had a thread about biopunk centered media, I would love a similar collection about movies and TV shows about solar punk. Here we go:

I really loved the show the peripheral. I know it's not really centered around solar punk per se, but it happens to be placed in a world where the main character goes from place to place in a solar charged e-bike.

What's your favorite show or movie set in a solar punk world?

Just started reading and I am already planning to switch over to extreme test driven development. We don't test nearly enough.

Whats your preferred development strategy? And comparably good sources you would recomment?

We use this primarily for input generation for dialog tests.

Its a quickcheck implementation and found us quite alot of "weird" bugs. Like a not-exactly matching encoding of database and application.

Now we gained clean utf smileys in text fields m)

Highly recommend it.

This post is a little older, but I was surprised how many packages are timeless allstars. I use all of them except for

  • cors headers
  • extensions
  • storages
  • pytest
  • environ

Which do you use? And for what reasons? For example I need to look into pytest and determinw whats better about that than the natively used test framework.

First post in the new community,

Cheers!

Shiitake Grow set produced an unusually big mushroom instead of many small ones. Is this really shiitake? Based on my google foo it is highly likely.

Thanks
