How often are the terms of service evident at the time of purchase? It's unreasonable to assume at the checkout that the price is only for a limited time of use. I doubt the put it on the box or on the Amazon page when you purchased stuff like this. Are you supposed to buy it and then return it after reading the fine print in the instruction booklet after opening it up?
Honestly I think First Nations need to create some sort of overarching council or administration where rights to land or anything else just gets given to "First Nations" and not any specific Nation or Band. Then let them sort out amongst themselves who gets what, where and when.

If you can just have a plate on the ground instead of a interface and cord perhaps it might be useful in parking lots, where EVs can just park and charge while they shop without having the have the space requirements of the charging infrastructure.

I don't even understand why you would have them anywhere inside. I have a few outside to warn of movement and stuff outdoors and trigger alarms at certain times but I would never put them inside my house. Already having them outside triggers by paranoia about being watched.

So I would see it reasonable to charge per month per pet, in the assumption that there will be damages to fix building up over time.

Bought a house - previous owner moved to a town home so we kept the chickens. There is a decent amount of space on the property, and half of it is a forested hillside.
Any suggestions for a newbie? A new coop is definitely first thing on my list. And a fence around the property.
One of the chickens is an outcast and I feel bad for her, doesn't leave the coop when the others go out in the yard and doesn't eat treats from the ground just food from the feeder. The other chickens get along well it seems.
