Meh, I was upset with the rise of the extreme right, but it seems like the US is passing the test. People are being tried for their crimes, election tampering, etc. Just because you build something doesn't mean people won't try to tear it down. Playing advocate, but that's why UCMJ exists, at all. They should prosecute all crimes under UCMJ, or none. It doesn't make much sense to only do certain crimes under civilian courts.
