This was mine a few weeks ago (but upside down)

I used to watch YouTube with ads since they added ads. It wasn’t too bad.

Then during the start of Covid tons of people watched YouTube and googles greedy eyes lit up… they went from 1-3 (skipable) ads per video to ads every minute of video. I was like WHAT THE F&$@… then installed U-block.

I couldn’t believe their greed.

I also spent Covid downloading (yt-dlp) every video I wanted to archive for offline (never know if they will someday block downloads), I’m also worried for a time we loose YouTube. 99% of the things I loved about the internet is dead now, someday it will happen to YouTube too.

Wow that’s really affordable! That’s only $80 USD.

I got the battery from their official eBay as a refurbished unit so it was a huge discount.

Another option is buying one or more lithium battery such as 12v 100ah and using a charge controller and inverter. Then you can scale or grow the system to your needs, it’s a bit more complicated to setup but way more versatile.

I have been using a BLUETTI battery with solar panels for over 6 months now.

We can power an electrical skillet (over 1000w) and an air popcorn maker (1500w) or a microwave (1500w). The battery we have is 3000w and the inverter is also 3000w. As for boiling water we have 2 kettles, one small on that uses 300w and a large one that uses much more.

We started with only 400w of portable solar when we lived in the car, but now in the RV we went to 1000w then 2000w of solar. By 10am the battery went from 40% to 100%. This is with the panels laying on the dirt, we do not have a stand yet.

We bought the panels at an electric store as new/old stock, so the 255w panels were only $90, although we have seen them elsewhere for cheaper (around $50).

We have been happy and can power anything we need. We borrowed a carpet shampooing machine and it used 1600w and we have a big shop vac too.

I had the opposite issue… how the heck do I need a username over 1000 characters? lol

So this is why I got an email that was completely wrong.

I told a guy I used to work for that I moved and it’s the perfect place to help him and his company.

He replied that he hopes I found a house where I used to live.

wtf it’s like he never read the email at all, now that this AI trash was added, the email makes sense.

I guess he is fucked and doesn’t get the help he needs for his company.

They just keep selling it under new names on Amazon, it’s never ending.

Almost every hose spigot I found leaches lead. I had to order off a specialty website and even then half the hose bibs I got said not for potable water. WTF!!! How do I run water into my RV, or my Garden?

I also often wonder the same thing….

I played with chat bots back in the AOL messenger days. There was this “Run-A-Bot” program I used to run at home, and when I was out I could chat with it and it was surprisingly interactive and realistic.

The responses were probably hard coded to expected inputs, done the hard way… as I feel it should be.

I thought wow if a company spent years add in more and more important data by hand this will be AMAZING in just a few years.

Fast forward 20 years and the AI companies did it the most lazy way possible. Just auto feeding data scraped from the web. Yikes, all the trolls and fake info included.

This new AI is just a sentence generator, it’s almost useless. They have some twisted algorithms to spit out junk but each one is leaning towards whatever twisted views the company that made it want it to spit out.

Does anyone have any suggestions for Hyperadobe books?

I am struggling to find anything online for sale on the subject.

Does anyone here know any good books on the subject of making a Hyperadobe home?

YouTube has lots of videos, but most people leave things out. I really want a few books on the topic and gather as much information as I can.

I plan to build a Hyperadobe home, but it seems hard to find more information about the process. I have seen lots of YouTube videos, but they do not go into enough detail for me.

Does anyone know any good books on the subject?

I want to build a Hyperadobe home. I have seen many YouTube videos about the process, but I want to know way more than a few videos can teach me.

Does anyone have any book suggestions? I searched eBay and Amazon and found almost nothing.

When I put my iPhone down for a bit and come back to Voyager, the app resets back to the top of the feed. I then have to scroll so far down to find the place I was at.

My iPhone settings does not show Voyager app in the background app refresh settings.

I believe this setting would keep the feed in the same place when I bring the app back.
