It just keeps going; from almost a dozen Trackmania accounts, to forum posts, to YouTube comments. A lot to follow to keep it all straight. I feel like I need a spreadsheet to watch this video.

I think Rivian, being an American manufacturer, is probably basing their offerings on the American market first. And there, there seems to be very little demand for sedans, outside of wherever they are the cheapest option available.

I wish it were otherwise, but that seems to be the way the market is going.

As far as I understand, their current plans look something like:

R1 - truck/SUV R2 - compact SUV R3 - hatchback

So no sedans currently planned for the next few years at least. Though the R3 does look quite nice.

I think Rivian has a lot of potential to take over as the next big dedicated EV manufacturer, after people are turned off from Tesla. Hopefully this model launch goes well for them.

Or at least some lights. I think I recall someone saying they would be deployed during orbital night, so hopefully they’ll be visible somehow.

Impression seems to be that they've cleared the issue and are proceeding towards launch.

Exciting!

Update: hold in the count apparently.

Excited to see mock Starlink deployment, hopefully.

Some of these games get quite long, so still haven’t gotten back through the 1-3 remasters yet, but happy that these are out now too. For whenever I can get to them.

Surely, if printing money (theoretically) causes inflation; and if collecting taxes reduces inflation, then the two are somewhat closely related.

If the amount of money that can be created by the government is somewhat limited, then surely tax money is another valid source for that money.
