That's what I'm getting from this too

Even if this is an outside perspective, it's based off of only one person's perspective.
I am glad that other people value and hold accountable people's words. To say somenting and then go back on it because you didn't think it would happen is garbage imo. You placed the bet, you know? The not wanting to leave family is a real thing that holds value. Perhaps it would be better to say that ones mind was changed instead of, "I didn't think it would happen." though either way, your expectations were set and unmet.
Ultimately it's up to you. Everything is up to you. It's your life. The questions that I would ask are, is this a reoccurring theme (to be let down)? In either direction, can you work this out? What do you want out of it all?
Can people afford this time?
Aggression aside I feel like ICE should be more on the legal side of things than the force side of things
I thought that was Rikku for a second.
Thanks for the thoughts and information in your post. Those are some valid points.
They're already under the Department of Homeland Security I'd imagine. I guess I don't really have a better answer. I feel like the department needs to exist but not to this extent. Kind of like how the FBI doesn't do patrol work, then maybe ICE should handle it only after it's been an identified issue or an established case.
Thanks again for making it a conversation. I don't know everything and I'm not afraid to say it.
I don't understand
I don't want to live life on subscriptions.
It's like boiling a frog in water or weight change over time. You don't notice it until one day it hits you. It like, faded away but you didn't notice because you're so used to it. So you relish it and enjoy it until it inevitably comes back. It's like a roller coaster but slow and shitty. Gotta have the rain to appreciate the sunshine as they say.
