Recent examples of court cases between states are California v. Texas (2021) challenging the Affordable Care Act after the mandate was reduced to $0 and Pennsylvania v. Texas (2020, dismissed by SCOTUS for lack of standing) challenging the election results.

The federal government can also sue a state or vice versa such as the four cases since 2016 named United States v. Texas.

As far as I can tell, both parties have been not only enabling Israel, but literally throwing tens of billions of dollars at them to keep going.

P.S. That's not the only thing I was referring to with my above comment though.

What's that? Immigrants at risk of being deported can't actually vote? La la la, I can't hear you!

Don't worry, they're making sure to include enough to count under the "plain old genocide" clause

I don't think it's contradictory. Elon probably couldn't get that much influence in US politics without Trump, and Trump wants to live the luxurious life of being president and always in the news

Yep, it does go both ways — people sometimes come here and delete their other instance accounts

I'm guessing OOP is America-brained enough to think "liberalism" means neoliberal with liberalism characteristics
