Yeah, the website doesn't get updated very frequently I've noticed. If it says it's supported on codeberg then I'm sure it's supported.
I would figure out your environment variables first. It's likely based on what you're saying that your setting those variables only for interactive shell and not someplace where they are sourced by your WM or whatever is launching your WM.

I do generally mix the cold brew half and half with filtered water. I do have to say, I love sparkling water of all kinds, but I tried this with sparkling water and was not a fan, haha.
I will admit I haven't given that method as much serious consideration as I probably should. I've done it several times and it has always tasted different from how I like it. The main reason I probably don't do it more often is that I don't actually own a coffee maker of any kind.

The Gadgetbridge devs have been super helpful with getting new devices supported. I would open an issue requesting support for the device and see what interest there is.
Exactly right. In the end, we can only control the content hosted/available on our servers. Whether we do that via outright blocking entire servers or individually blocking bad actors or patterns of behavior is up to us.
