A fully enclosed velomobile would probably do the job, but I don't think it's legal anywhere in Europe :(

SYM MaxSym 600i ABS, this 565cc maxi-scooter is the first to launch from a green light in cities and has nothing to be ashamed of on highways since it can do 160 kph with some spare power still remaining.

whether it’s worth the price

You don't have to pay Google a penny. I bought a quite cheap (50-60$) used but working Pixel 1 XL specifically for unlimited lifetime full-quality Google Photos upload.

Marks up replacement SSD prices by 10x

You know you can just pop in a Crucial MX500, right?

You know they're illegal? E-bikes are supposed to go 25 kph (~15 mph) max and only assist when you pedal. Not the best solution when I want to get to work quite far away in the morning without being pulled over for obvious speeding on a cycleway.

Mandatory Website Obesity Crisis mention, TL;DR:

Some kind of brain parasite infected designers back when the iPad came out, and they haven’t recovered. Everything now has to look like a touchscreen.

My gripe with this design aesthetic is the loss of information density. I'm an adult human being sitting at a large display, with a mouse and keyboard. I deserve better. Not every interface should be designed for someone surfing the web from their toilet.

It's like we woke up one morning in 2008 to find that our Lego had all turned to Duplo. Sites that used to show useful data now look like cartoons. Interface elements are big and chunky. Any hint of complexity has been pushed deep into some sub-hamburger. Sites target novice users on touchscreens at everyone else's expense.

I shouldn't need sled dogs and pemmican to navigate your visual design.

I deleted all my comments on Reddit, all of my posts, and then toasted my user account

Are you sure about that? There were some reported cases of Reddit bringing back the content. They only listen to GDPR complaints (or that one Californian equivalent).

Not on distances I'll have to travel after we finally move to an office further away in a car-centric hellhole. 18 km (~10 miles). ½ hr on a motorcycle or a moped, twice as long on an (e-)bike. Nah, I'm not doing the latter in the morning when I can barely get out of my bed. And I'm not the only one complaining about the office moving.
