Nala Sinephro - Endlessness is so fucking good, it's jazz/electronic/ambient

Geordie Greep - The New Sound: i'd heard of this guy and of black midi but this was the first time listening to his music properly and damn its good

Jean Dawson - Glimmer of God: just think this is a really cool album

i also think he'll die in office, but regardless of how he dies, that'll martyr him anyway

canvas is a little larger this time! one of my friends said that since i did a "summer" tree and an "autumn" tree, i should try doing a winter tree. i found a cool silhouette of a tree on unsplash so i used that as a reference for this one. also i tried using a technique for the sky that i saw on youtube, idk if it really fits that well but it'll do for now

i'll get better at it eventually :)

i promise i will not spam with every tree i make but this tree turned out really nice and i just wanted to show it!!

this time i used a real palette instead of winging the colours, and i tried to make each branch of leaves look more distinct. kinda struggled with the top of the tree though, couldn't figure out how to shade that part and it still looks a little off to me

edit: thanks everyone!! i will keep treeposting

super tiny but i wanted to start small, also i kinda struggled with the foliage and maybe i could have made it simpler but oh well

edit: thanks for the encouragement, gang!! i feel super motivated to keep trying now

does anyone know any good pixel artists that i should follow? i kinda want to get into it

i found this book in my cupboard, forgot where i got it from. is it any good? i know tom holland has said some cringe stuff on his "the rest is history" podcast but i've never read one of his books

pop/r&b album that just released today, it goes hard

Therm made this as fan music for Minecraft and tbh it's the best fan music for the game that I've ever heard. He really captured the C418 vibe with some of these songs, but a couple of them remind me more of the newer Minecraft OSTs

Imaginal Disk, by Magdalena Bay (magdalenabay.bandcamp.com)

their last album, mercurial world, is one of my favourite albums ever. tbh this new one is even better

its synthpop, super dreamy, and also neo-psychedelic, im not good at genres but if anyone likes that then check this one out!! the production is really good too and mica has the perfect voice for this kind of music

today i learned historia civilis is based af

i've been pleasantly surprised
