C’est un peu réducteur de penser que seul les personnes ayant des soucis financiers volent des vélos. C’est comme le vol à l’arrachée des téléphones, c’est aussi exploité par des personnes voulant toujours plus d’argent et ayant trouvé une facilité à se faire de l’argent comme ceci. C’est un peu simple de dédouaner ces voleurs comme s’il s’agissait de personnes volant de la nourriture aux hypermarchés.
