This may not be sound advice, but I binge audiobooks a lot. An extra big lot in between hobbies. Pairs nicely with mindless productive activities, such as housekeeping.

Also get hobbies. Lot's of them, so you can switch when/if you loose interest. Maybe write a poem about the daily grind and go from there? Really convey that hate. That usually ignites other impulses for me when all is shit. ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ

To do or not to do. That is the question.

Makes sense. I take 30 mg methylphenidate depots which I find quite mild in regards to appetite repression. Though I guess some may be on more severe medications or/and at higher doeses.

Ah, yes. The Tea. I drink a lot of tea when I try to cut my coffee intake. It's quite sour and can be hard on an empty stomage. Even more so than coffee. I recommend an accid reducing supplement. When I tea-binge, I drink sodium bicarbonate dilluted in water. Because I've vomited multiple times after my morning gallon of tea.

I listen to audiobooks to dispell my own thought.

Big media companies are made up of people. Even the best journalists are prone to making mistakes. Sensationalist stories should always be read at an arms length. And even some respectable news organisations hire viral copywriters to generate ad-views. Don't read that shit.

But do read news from real journalistic publishers with a professional principal editor. Don't fall into the deep end conpiracy snuff trap.

There are already prospects for long time storage, and some of these are in various stages of development. Finland may be furthest ahead. Even Norway (who's not even considering nuclear power at the moment) is looking into converting their temporary storage of research waste to a permanent solution. Stable geological conditions are critical, but it's technically very doable.

On this community, we will construct the pillar on which hope and growth of Lemmy and the Fediverse will rest. May it rest in comfort, though may it not collect too much dust.
