I also have these options in the app, for some reason they where hidden yesterday, I checked multiple times.
Is this on the desktop chrome version, or the app? For me in the app there is no button or any way to change this. Same for the site in Firefox mobile. I was on my phone, so I don't know about the desktop version.
I probably shouldn't even be using youtube in the first place, but 5 min ago I found out youtube is now forcing videos with an AI translated voice. While at the same time not having an option to change the audio track or disable the feature.
This feels like a good example of pushing features most people don't want while not providing a normal way to disable it.
Thank God I use revanced and can spoof the client as IOS TV, this gives you the option do disable that crap.
Firefox (even mobile) has this addon "YT Anti Translate"
It's pretty bad you have to go this far just to watch a video with the actual voice it was released with...
I don't know, if enough people would pay me to see my ugly ass, and making an hour of video every day, would be a lot better than doing 9 hours of office work.
We replaces our entire app with an AI agent, so it can never get hacked!
Oh wait, people just ask it to roll play they are the bank owner and need funds from other accounts?
Who could have possibly predicted something like this? Sam said this AGI was flawless
He has been eating radioactive chicken for years so he is probably immunized
Mentally healthy? Since we have 2 kids I rarely sleep 8 hours, 6 is the new norm, and it's definitely not helping mentally. I still try to get 8K steps daily, doing 500 or less would make me even more miserable.
Thanks, I also couldn't really believe this was real. A quick google search tells me
Ethiopia is widely considered to be the epicentre of where coffee came from. If you've ever googled βcoffee historyβ, you will have come across the famous story of how coffee was discovered in Ethiopia by Kaldi, an Ethiopian goat herder, around 800 AD.
When Trump got elected I sold some of my stocks. My investments are also my retirement funds, so I don't need them for a while. I'm waiting until the next crash starts, or something else that's pretty bad (war, rogue AI, whatever). If the market crashes I can immediately step in.
I once had stocks in Shell, mainly because it's a Dutch company (I'm Dutch) and its a pretty stable investment. But it felt very wrong to invest in oil. So after a few months I sold them (thankfully with a little profit).
Personally I just don't want to invest in anything I think fucks up the world. It's also why I don't want to invest in meta and some other tech companies.
I also noticed that the youtube app recently started giving "help" about what comment to write. That small area where you can comment on a video, it showed something like "what's the best band you heard? π€". I'm not sure if that is a new thing creators can add, but with the think smiley it feels very much like AI". I don't need AI to tell me what kind of comment to give. It feels like AI is trying to dilute my thoughts.
